Contact Lens Types

Bifocal - Multi-focal contact lenses that can come in a variety of types.
Colored - These lenses range from conservative color tints to wacky and outrageous costume styles.
Conventional - Long term lenses that usually are worn for one-year before being replaced
Daily Disposable - Lenses of this type are for people who do not want to go through the daily task of cleaning and caring of expensive long term contacts.
Extended Wear - Extended wear lenses give you the option to wear the lens for a specific amount of time without the need for daily removal.
Monthly Disposable - These disposable lenses do not have to be replaced for 1-3 months.
RGP - Rigid Gas Permeable - RGP , rigid gas permeable, contact lenses allow oxygen to permeate the lens in order to let the eyes "breathe". Do to their rigid properties, they do not provide the same comfort as soft lenses.
Toric - Toric contact lenses are for people with astigmatism, myopia, or hyperopia. You have the option of purchasing them in soft or RGP form.
Weekly Disposable - Weekly disposable lenses are offered in one or two week usage limits.
